IEC 60332-3c combustion of process
Step 1: The sample should be placed in a dry environment with a temperature of 23±3℃ for at least 3 hours before the pretreatment test begins.
Step 2: The number of cutting experimental roots =1.5L/ 1 meter combustible volume of a single root, weigh and measure the weight of each combustible within 1 meter, convert to volume, and sum, unit L; The length of the cutting wire is 3.7M/ wire.
Step 3: Wiring
Route the cables on each beam of the ladder from top to bottom with 0.5-0.6mm copper wire precision. The width of the cables is 300mm. The distance between the two ends of the cables is 10cm. Place the blowtorch 75±5 mm from the surface of the nearest cable.
First layer wiring
Second layer wiring
The bowtorch is 75±5 mm from the surface of the cable
Step 4: Experiment
1. Check whether the propane pipeline is leaking and whether the environment outside the combustion room is well ventilated;
2. Flue smoke knob IEC60332-3C laboratory Open, other combustion chamber Close;
60332-3C Laboratory Open
Other combustion chambers are closed
3. Adjust the fan to make the air flow rate into the combustor
5000L/min;
Regulating fan
4. Open the propane bottle and adjust the total pressure of the output device to the pressure gauge > 0.12;
5. Ignition, propane flow control < 5L/min, light the blowtorch;
Propane flow regulation
6. Close the combustion chamber door, adjust the flow of propane to 13.5L/min, and the air to 77.7L/min at the same time;
Air flow regulation
7. Keep burning for 20 minutes, turn off the blowtorch, such as cable and flame, put out after 1 hour, keep ventilation during;
Burn for 20 minutes
8.Measure the carbonization height of the wire after cooling, take photos and record;
Take pictures and measure the carbonation height
Step 5: Report
The combustion report is made. The judgment standard of this experiment is: if the carbonization height does not exceed 2.5 meters, the experiment is passed.
Results: The carbonation height was 1.4 meters, and the experiment was passed.
